Ten Frequencies. Ten States of being.
Ten Fragments of Human Experience.
Nothing is inferior or superior to the another.
Some things cannot be explained by what we see.
A thought that refuses to leave.
A memory that changes shape.
A person we cannot let go of.
A silence that becomes louder than words.
THE concept of FREQUENCIES is an exploration of these states.
Not emotions in their simplest form, but the spaces between them. The moments when something shifts inside us and we become, even briefly, someone different.
There are Ten Frequencies.
001 — PRESENCE
The beginning. The awareness of being here, before the mind starts asking why.
002 — AWARENESS
The moment you begin to notice what was always there, including the parts of yourself you would rather not see.
003 — DESIRE
Wanting something badly enough to let it change you.
004 — ATTACHMENT
The things we hold onto long after they have stopped holding onto us.
005 — SOLITUDE
Not simply being alone, but discovering what remains when there is no one left to distract you from yourself.
006 — CHANGE
The uncomfortable space between who you were and who you are becoming.
007 — SEEKING
The restless search for meaning, answers, places, people, or something that may not have a name yet.
008 — ACCEPTANCE
Not surrender. Not approval. Simply seeing reality clearly enough to stop fighting what cannot be changed.
009 — EXPRESSION
Giving form to what exists inside you, before it disappears into silence.
000 — TRANSCENDENCE
The point beyond the need to understand. When the observer becomes part of what was being observed.
These frequencies aren't meant to tell you what to feel.
They are meant to make you recognise something you already have.
Something within you.
